I already have an online
account at jonathancorey.com, innerharborshirts.com, and/or
willowpointe.com...will my username and password from those sites work
here?
Unfortunately, no. Our old sites used a different
system for login and ordering. You will have to set up an account with
Whispering Pines if you do not have one by calling 1-800-457-6600 and
then register online.

How often is your
inventory updated?
Inventory is updated in real time. The numbers you see match our
stocked inventory exactly at that moment. They are the same numbers our
customer service professionals would provide if you were to call in
your order.

What if you are out of
stock on an item?
The system will indicate any
non-stocked items and simultaneously allow you to order that item from
another site if available. If not, you can backorder the item and it
will ship as soon as new stock arrives.

What if I made a mistake when I
submitted order?
Call customer service immediately for assistance. Web orders are
printed instantly in our warehouse and we may not be able to allow
order changes or additions. Please review your
order carefully to avoid errors and possible restocking charges for
unwanted product.

I use a Mac OS and/or Netscape
Navigator and am experiencing problems ordering. Why?
Unfortunately the software does not work for Mac OS
users, or those using Netscape Navigator earlier than version 5.

Is ordering from your site safe?
Yes, our secure site is protected by Verisign and
all of your transactions are kept private. Ordering from our site is as
safe as placing a fax or phone order.
